Online consultations

Online consultations offered through this website are conducted in line with India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Beginning a consultation on WhatsApp constitutes consent to a remote consultation and to sharing the photographs, history and reports needed to assess your condition. That consent may be withdrawn at any point.

A remote consultation has limits. Prescriptions issued remotely are restricted to the categories of medicine that teleconsultation permits, some medicines cannot be prescribed without a physical examination, and certain conditions cannot be diagnosed from photographs at all. Medical emergencies

This website and the clinic's WhatsApp line are not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, such as a severe allergic reaction, rapidly spreading rash with fever, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the face or throat, call your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. Do not wait for a reply to a website or WhatsApp message.
